Megha Jain

Megha Jain is the founder of AMHS and an RCI-licensed Clinical Psychologist with over 3800 hours of intensive psychotherapy experience. She also practices as a Clinical Psychologist at the Institute of Human Behaviour and Allied Sciences (IHBAS), Delhi.

She has worked with concerns including relationships, married and unmarried couples, families, parent-child dynamics, existential crises, sleep difficulties, family conflict, abuse, neurodivergence, and trauma.

Megha's therapeutic approach integrates psychoanalysis, clinical hypnotherapy, ACT, DBT, CBT, art therapy, and mindfulness techniques.

She is trauma-informed, queer-affirmative, and spirituality-inclusive — committed to creating a non-judgmental space where clients can explore their inner world at their own pace.

Megha works with couples and families to resolve conflicts in a structured manner. She also works with adults navigating depressive disorders, OCD, anxiety, dissociative disorders, PTSD, schizophrenia, borderline personality disorder, narcissistic personality disorder, and avoidant personality disorder.
